Orders will be shipped by US Priority Mail. Order processing can take 3-10 business days depending on stock availability. Shipping time will be 6-10 business days depending on your location. Customer agrees to pay all required duties and taxes that may be impossed by their country at the time of delivery. Shipping charges will be applied to the customer's credit card once we have received approval via email from the customer or a Request for Money will be sent to customer PayPal account for approval. Please e-mail us for an approximate shipping quote prior to placing your order.
GreatPartySupplies (owned by Wedding Accents) will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package arrives damaged, we will ship replacements for items damaged or issue a credit for the retail cost only.
GreatPartySupplies will not reimburse the customer for any duties or taxes on the replacement order.

RETURN POLICY
You must notify us within 10 days of receipt of your order
prior to returning any item by filling out our on-line * RETURN
AUTHORIZATION FORM *. All items must be returned within 30 days to receive
your refund. Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition. It we receive the
returned merchandise in an unsaleable condition (i.e. damaged, dirty, etc.) we reserve the right to not
issue you a refund or to only issue a partial refund. We highly suggest that you return any merchandise
securely packaged and boxed via UPS. UPS will cover the first $100 of the cost of the items if the
product is damaged or lost during transit.
Items may be returned after receiving an RA# only.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt of your order in order to meet this requirement.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
No item(s) will be accepted for return or exchange unless an RA# is written on the outside of the
package, preferably near the address label.
Enclosed in the box with item(s) being returned needs to be a print out including your Customer/Shopper
ID:, Billing Address, Phone Number, Etc.
We need to know exactly who returned the items to ensure credit is issued to the appropriate
person.
If you're interested in making an EXCHANGE for another item you must notify us within 10 days of receipt
and let us know which items you would like in place of the item(s) that you are returning. On exchange
requests an additional shipping charge may apply and once you've been notified and approve the
additional charge would then be charged to your credit card. If the original order was paid for through
PayPal, E-Check or Money Order, if applicable, a request for the additional funds will be sent to you
via e-mail.
No Returns or Exchanges on personalized, embroidered or engraved items will be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns or exchanges. If you received free shipping because your order was
$150 or more and you return part of your order which caused your total to fall below $150, you will be charged
shipping on the items that you do keep which will be deducted from your refund.
Please allow 7 days to process your refund once we receive your returned merchandise.
